New Mexico Honey Locust - Robinia neomexicana

The New Mexico Honey Locust (Robinia neomexicana) is a small deciduous flowering tree for specimen use in gardens and landscapes. This species is distinguished from other Locusts by the pinkish purple flowers. This plant is very thorny and difficult to handle without getting pricked, but beautiful. The native species is most common in production.
