Sonoran Palmetto - Sabal uresana

The Sonoran Palmetto (Sabal uresana) is a medium sized upright palm tree for arid landscapes and garden. This is one of the most drought tolerant palms, found growing native in the Sonoran desert. It is distinctive from other Palmetto for the blue leaves. This is slower growing than other Palmetto, but worth the wait for the blue foliage. The native species is most common in production.
