Arctic Willow - Salix purpurea

The Arctic Willow (Salix purpurea) is a medium to large deciduous shrub for landscapes and gardens. This species has blue gray foliage in summer, and red twigs in winter providing unique texture to any landscape. This plant has no negatives of note. There are more cultivars of this species in production.
