Albospica Coastal Redwood - Sequoia sempervirens 'Albospica'

The Albospica Coastal Redwood (Sequoia sempervirens 'Albospica') is a medium sized conifer for landscapes and gardens. May be kept as a shrub, but if left unattended will become a multistemmed large tree. This plant does not do well in the east, and likes the coastal winds from the West. This plant is a cultivated variety of Sequoia sempervirens. There is controversy as to a true difference with Sequoia sempervirens 'Adpressa'. Photos of the parent species may help with identification.
