Jojoba - Simmondsia chinensis

The Jojoba (Simmondsia chinensis) is a large rambling broadleaf evergreen shrub native to the deserts of the Southwest. This species has nice evergreen foliage and interesting branching as a tree. The nut is often cured and reminiscent of a hazelnut. This plant has no negatives of note. The native species is most common in production.
