Bridalwreath Spirea - Spiraea prunifolia 'Plena'

The Bridalwreath Spirea (Spiraea prunifolia 'Plena') is a medium sized flowering shrub for landscapes, gardens, and borders. This species has a naturally sprawling habit. It is known for the single rosette flowers on single stems instead of single flowers in clusters. This plant does best if planted where it can be pruned minimally. Shearing will destroy the habit. This plant is a cultivated variety of Spiraea prunifolia.
