Bridalveil Spirea - Spiraea thunbergii

The Bridalveil Spirea (Spiraea thunbergii) is a medium sized flowering shrub for landscapes, gardens, and borders. This species has a naturally sprawling habit and makes a great border or bank shrub where it does not have to be pruned. This plant does best if planted where it can be pruned minimally. Shearing will destroy the habit. There are more cultivars of this species in production.
