Organ Pipe Cactus - Stenocereus thurberi

The Organ Pipe Cactus (Stenocereus thurberi) is a large clumping upright cactus for landscapes, gardens, and naturalizing. This is a beautiful sporadic night blooming cactus that has clumps of erect appendages resembling a stack of organ pipes. This plant is extremely thorny and should be given plenty of room to clump to avoid handling. The native species is most common in production.
