Korean Stewartia - Stewartia koreana

The Korean Stewartia (Stewartia koreana) is a medium sized flowering tree for a landscapes and gardens. This species is valued for the Camelia like flower, exfoliating bark, and distinctive branching. This plant rarely achieves fall color before freezing in colder climates. The native species is most common in production.
