Tall Stewartia - Stewartia monadelpha

The Tall Stewartia (Stewartia monadelpha) is a medium sized flowering tree for a landscapes and gardens. This species is valued for the Camelia like flower, exfoliating bark, and distinctive branching. It also has a more reliable fall color than other Stewartia. This plant has no negatives of note. The native species is most common in production.
