Blue Muffin® Arrowwood Viburnum - Viburnum dentatum 'Christom'
The Blue Muffin® Arrowwood Viburnum (Viburnum dentatum 'Christom') is a deciduous flowering shrub for landscapes, gardens, and borders. The species is native to the United States. This variety of Viburnum is probably the best of the Arrowwoods for berries. I have been using it for years and there really is no comparison. This plant has a very upright habit and often needs underplanted in a landscape. Use only hand pruners on this plant for best results. This plant is a cultivated variety of Viburnum dentatum under trademark with Proven Winners®. Photos of the parent species will aid in identification.
