Oregon Viburnum - Viburnum ellipticum

The Oregon Viburnum (Viburnum ellipticum) is a deciduous flowering shrub for landscapes, gardens, and borders. The species is native to the United States. This species is very similar to Viburnum dentatum, but less hardy, with a black berry, and a little less fall color. This plant has a very upright habit and often needs underplanted in a landscape. Use only hand pruners on this plant for best results. There are more cultivars of this species in production.
