The Dwarf Variegated Weigela (Weigela florida 'Variegata Nana') is a deciduous flowering shrub or tree for landscapes, gardens, and especially borders. This species has very prolific flowers for long periods in summer with a mounding sprawling habit. This particular variety is known for being more compact and the variegated foliage all summer long. Tip prune only, as shearing can destroy the habit of this plant for life. This plant is a cultivated variety of Weigela forida. Photos from the parent species may aid in identification.
